At Defiant American, LLC we understand that there might be a situation when you receive your order that you're not completely satisfied with it.  Maybe the quality isn't what you thought it was going to be, maybe there's a defect that we missed during production (we're human, it's possible, but not likely), or maybe the fit is just not what you were hoping for.  In any event, we want to take care of it for you to ensure that you're 100% completely satisfied with your purchase.  So, if there is anything wrong with your order reach out to us at support@defiantamerican.com as soon as possible so that we can take care of you.

With that said, we do have some return/exchange policies in place to protect us both in the event there is an issue that needs to be addressed.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by Defiant American, LLC within 7 days of receipt.

  • The returned item must be new, unworn, and unwashed.  Please, don't make it weird by trying to return an item that doesn't meet these requirements.

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • We don't offer returns for "change of mind".

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

We do offer a 14 day from purchase exchange. If for any reason something doesn't fit, reach out to us at support@defiantamerican.com and we'll take care of you.

  • Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Defiant American, LLC determines that the item(s) doesn't fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange.

  • If an exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise voided by Defiant American, LLC or a return label is mailed.

LOST SHIPMENTS

We do our best to get every order out the door within our 5-7 day shipping window.  Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to contact the carrier for tracking and lost shipments.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of control at that point.  But please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@defiantamerican.com.  If there's anything we can do, we certainly will.
