This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions that we get.

We're proud to say that each of our products are printed, packed, and shipped by hand at our small shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. All of the source materials we use (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc) are from suppliers that are based in the United States.

Yes, sizing for our garments are standard. More detailed information on sizing, including dimensions, is available on each product page under the "sizing" tab.

Keep in mind, most garments that we sell come with a 1/2" variance which is an industry standard from the manufacturer.

We accept all major credit cards including visa, mastercard, discover, etc.

At Defiant American, LLC we understand that there might be a situation when you receive your order that you're not completely satisfied with it.  Maybe the quality isn't what you thought it was going to be, maybe there's a defect that we missed during production (we're human, it's possible, but not likely), or maybe the fit is just not what you were hoping for.  In any event, we want to take care of it for you to ensure that you're 100% completely satisfied with your purchase.  So, if there is anything wrong with your order reach out to us at support@defiantamerican.com as soon as possible so that we can take care of you.

With that said, we do have some return/exchange policies in place to protect us both in the event there is an issue that needs to be addressed.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The return must be received by Defiant American, LLC within 7 days of receipt.
  
• The returned item must be new, unworn, and unwashed.  Please, don't make it weird by trying to return an item that doesn't meet these requirements.
  
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  
• We don't offer returns for "change of mind".
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do offer a 14 day from purchase exchange. If for any reason something doesn't fit, reach out to us at support@defiantamerican.com and we'll take care of you.

• Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Defiant American, LLC determines that the item(s) doesn't fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange.
  
• If an exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise voided by Defiant American, LLC or a return label is mailed.

We are not currently able to offer in person pickup, however we hope to in the near future.

Most orders are shipped out within 5-7 days, excluding holidays.  As a small family run business, we're at the mercy of our suppliers for the garments we sell.  There may be times when our shipping times are extended because of circumstances out of our control.  If that happens, we will contact those customers who will have orders that are delayed to let them know.  Additionally, during special promotions or giveaways there may be an additional 1-2 day delay in getting orders out the door due to the sheer volume of products ordered.

Depending on what process was used to create your shirt (screenprint or heat transfer) there may be a rectangular mark that's visible around the design. This is completely normal, and will disappear after the first wash. Please see our Washing Instructions page for more information on how to care for your garment.
